Just continuing with the story we had unveiled last week, the Microsoft gala continues with its BING launch. Microsoft’s BING, Microsoft’s very own search engine being quoted as the decision engine has taken over the number two in the reckoning. It took BING just within a week to take over YAHOO search engine worldwide, which has launched out with all guns blazing.
A Traffic analysis has come out with the report that BING has grabbed some 17% odd off the whole traffic as compared to 10% of YAHOO search and Google still being the bellwether amongst the search engines with some 72%traffic.Microsoft’s BING though in its unprecedented fashion is certainly attacking rival GOOGLE’s terrains. It is still early days for BING but still it has resisted the initial inertia well enough to suggest a promising future. Microsoft had targeted to reap results off BING in the coming 5 years; however they are brimming with the success they have seen in the former week. Microsoft had previously tried to acquire YAHOO at a cost of some $40billions but was put down by YAHOO. Now the story may be a little different and may well be written by MICROSOFT.
Earlier this month Microsoft launched its decision engine BING well before two days before its due date of 3rd JUNE.

Microsoft has finally put the thinking cap on in taking up the challenge with Google. Microsoft will very soon launch its search engine with full gung ho called Bing .It is expected to go live on June 3. Bing is being quoted as the “decision engine”. They say when the web is expanding into a mammoth bubble with around a website being added every 4.5 minutes, Bing would help its users to make guided search which would streamline the search experience. Microsoft has promised that they have taken their new search algorithm a block ahead where in each search is customized to respective search query. The algorithms will decide not only the order of the search but also the overall layout of the result. Bing’s homepage will not be a blank home page with only the search box .On the contrary Microsoft Bing search engine will be surrounded by an image which can be further explored and read upon. The left corner of the new search engine Bing will have options of searching for images, shopping, videos, news, maps and travel. Each of these columns in Microsoft’s Bing will be a separate dimension altogether. For instance news will offer headlines, videos and a local news column on the right hand side. Travel will be powered by Microsoft’s Farecast which will ask the user where they want to go precisely and further help with flights, hotels and site information .Shopping products will be linked to Microsoft’s Cashback Program.
Microsoft promises that each query asked on Bing will be special for them. Each search will be featured with images, facts and due related information. This decision engine promises to show guided search results for each search which will be dynamically generated. Only time can say about the success of new search engine Bing Let’s wait for the phenomenon called Bing.
